Attorney William M. Balin
William Balin is a trial attorney who has more than 30 years experience in litigation and trials. He is respected for his ability to handle complex legal issues and is regularly called upon by other lawyers to provide state bar defense and expert consulting services and expert testimony in matters involving legal ethics.
Mr. Balin is a graduate of Oberlin College and New York University School of Law. He has helped educate further generations of lawyers by working as an instructor and Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco School of Law and Golden Gate University School of Law. He is currently the vice-chair of the San Francisco Bar Association's Legal Ethics Committee.
Attorney Eileen S. Kotler
A Certified Appellate Specialist, attorney Eileen Kotler has effectively handled a wide range of criminal and civil appeals over the past 30 years. She has argued twice before the California Supreme Court and has had a case accepted for review by the United States Supreme Court.
Before entering the legal profession, Ms. Kotler received her Masters in Public Health from the University of Michigan and worked as a physical therapist. This experience gives her valuable insight into cases that involve medical records and personal injury claims. She is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law and is included in 2009 California Super Lawyers.
